• Built background automation for the Triage Task workflow, aggregating member, claims, and document data from multiple third-party integrations per case — eliminating manual lookups and saving coordinators 30 minutes per case across ~1,000 daily cases, projected at $5.8M in annual operational savings.
• Implemented dual JWT + MSID authentication to secure APIs across internal and client identity systems.
• Help drive architectural decisions for new modules — database design, API scaling strategy, code structure, and naming conventions — and guide the team in implementing features against them.
